Planning a wedding or event is a big deal, and finding the right DJ can make all the difference. Here’s a quick and easy guide to what you can expect when you hire us.

Music Choices 🎵

The important stuff! Unless you tell us otherwise, we’ll keep the party going with a tried-and-tested mix of chart-toppers, all-time classics, and a few guest requests throughout the night 🎤🕺

That said, we’re more than happy to tailor the vibe to your tastes. If you have specific genres, artists, or a particular playlist in mind, just let us know, we’ll build the night around your input. Whether it’s 90s R&B, indie bangers, garage throwbacks or a full-on disco revival, we’re all ears.

The Booking Process 📩

Everything starts with an enquiry! Just pop us a message with as much detail as possible (date, location, and what you’re after) and I’ll get back to you ASAP, usually within the hour (unless it’s the middle of wedding season and I’ve got my hands full with confetti and cables 🎉).

What’s Included in Our Basic DJ Setup 💡

Our standard setup is anything but basic. Here's what you'll get:

• Your choice of DJ booth cloth: Starlit ✨, Sleek Black 🖤 or Crisp White 🤍

• Two large truss towers, featuring Chauvet Intimidator Spot 375ZXs – these lights are seriously impressive, with sharp beams, rotating gobos, and vivid colour mixing designed for epic shows at large events

• Two RCF Evox JMIX8 speakers – delivering clear, powerful sound with deep bass and perfect vocal clarity. Trust us, they fill a room effortlessly.

Everything looks clean, professional, and sounds incredible.

After You’ve Booked 📆

Once your date is locked in and you’ve given us the key info, that’s it for now – go enjoy planning the rest of your wedding! 🥂 I’ll always be in the background if you need anything, but I won’t bombard you. After the deposit is paid, I switch our chat/ email over to WhatsApp so we can keep everything in one place, quick, easy, and no missing emails!

Final Payment Reminder 💸

Your final payment is due exactly one month before your event. Don’t worry, we’ll send you a friendly reminder via email so it doesn’t sneak up on you.

Pre-Wedding Meeting 💻

Once that final payment is ticked off, we’ll jump on a Teams call to run through everything:

• Music choices

• Announcements & timings

• Do Not Play lists 🚫

• Whether you’re happy for guests to make song requests (if yes, I’ll hand out QR code cards so your guests can request via WhatsApp all night long, perfect for keeping the dance floor full 🕺)

Cameras on or off – totally up to you!

On the Day 🕒

We’ll arrive around 1.5–2 hours early to get set up and familiarise ourselves with your venue. We work closely with the venue staff to make sure everything runs smoothly without bothering you or your guests. Sound checks are done discreetly, often during room turnarounds – so no mic feedback dramas while you're enjoying your dessert 😅

After the Event ❤️

We don’t disappear once the music stops! You might hear from us asking for a review or see us pop up on your social feed if you follow us. No pressure, but your recommendations means everything to our business. Whether you chose to leave us a review or recommend us to your friends and family we appreciate it all.

Working with Other Suppliers 🎻🎤

We’re always happy to work alongside other musicians or suppliers – whether that’s a sax player, band, singer, or live entertainment of any kind. Collaboration is key to a smooth event!

All we ask is that you share their details with us before the big day, so we can get in touch and figure out what’s needed from our side – whether it’s sound inputs, timing coordination, or just making sure we’re all on the same page. The more we can plan ahead, the smoother your day will run 💫
